Your content
What you put in stays yours.
- Ownership
Your content is your workflow code, webhook payloads, secrets, vars, connections, logs and everything else you or your workflows send to shiftlabs. You keep all rights to it.
- Our licence
You give us permission to host, copy, run, transmit and display your content only as needed to provide and secure the service, to give you support, and to meet legal obligations.
- Your responsibility
You confirm you have the rights and permissions your content needs, including any personal information in it, and that your workflows comply with the law and with the terms of every service they call.
- Health and card data
Don't put protected health information (PHI) in your content unless we have signed a business associate agreement with you, and don't put payment cardholder data in it at all. The Acceptable Use Policy has the details.
- Outbound requests
Your workflows make HTTP requests on your behalf. Each request carries a header with your workspace's reference and our abuse contact. You are responsible for those requests and for holding the credentials and permissions they use.
- Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
